The Housing Authority of Grays Harbor was awarded just over $26,000 to help local veterans and their families secure permanent housing.
Grays Harbor will see a portion of $16 million in HUD-Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing vouchers. The Department of Veterans Affairs and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development awarded the vouchers to 71 public housing agencies across the U.S. with Washington State, Alaska and Oregon getting $3.2 million for 370 vouchers. The Housing Authority of Grays Harbor was awarded just over $26,000 to help local veterans and their families secure permanent housing.
