The Hoquiam School District says they are starting on phase two of the Grizzlies Sports Complex this month. The facility at the Hoquiam High School Baseball field began as an 8-month project to be used for baseball, fastpitch, cheerleading, golf, athletic training and more. Over $100,000 has been raised so far through grants, along with community organizations and individual donations. In phase two, the district hops to add restrooms, a new equipment area and a covered area for spectators and athletes.
