The trial for identity theft against the biological mother of missing 6-year-old Oakley Carlson is being delayed. The trial for Jordan Bowers on 4 counts of identity theft was set to begin one week from today, but after prosecutors filed a motion for more time, the trial won’t start until May. The Daily World report prosecutors asked for more time due to the number of witnesses they plan to call. Bowers’ defense agreed more time would also benefit them, so now the trial is set to start May 2nd and conclude by May 5th.
