Thursday night into Friday, forecasters say winds will increase to up to 50 mph and from Friday through Saturday there is a chance for up to 4 inches of low level snowfall. Meanwhile Grays Harbor PUD released a statement last night saying linemen continue to respond to multiple outages and crews are continuing to locate, and repair problems as they arise.
