While new and active home listings were down in Grays Harbor last month, the median home value rose. According to Northwest Multiple Listing Service data released at the end of last week, the combined home and condo median price in Grays Harbor rose by 6.8 percent in August to $349,900 when compared to the same moth last year. Meanwhile in Mason County, the median home price dropped by 2.3 percent to $425,00. Overall the region saw home prices rise 2.5 percent overall from the same time lasty year.
