Pacific County Sheriff’s investigators make an arrest in a 9 year old cold case murder.

Pacific County Sheriff’s investigators make an arrest in a 9 year old cold case murder. Late last week detectives arrested 43 year old Charles Watts in connection with the 2015 murder of Jeffrey Beach. A press release said that during the initial investigation detectives had no leads and the case went cold. Over the past 15 months, new information led to the arrest of Watts, who was caught in Vancouver Washington late last week. Watts was brought back to Pacific County and charged with 2nd degree murder and Manslaughter charges. His bail has been set at $2 million.
