Law enforcement agencies across Pacific County spent part of the week on the training course instead of the roadway. The Pacific County Sheriff’s Office hosted emergency vehicle operations training with officers from Long Beach and Raymond police departments focusing on safe driving skills during emergency situations. Deputies practiced low-speed maneuvering and response techniques designed to improve safety for both officers and the public. Officials also thanked Fire District 1 for allowing agencies to use its training facility for the exercises.
