The levy to fund the Elma police department for 2023, the South Beach excess levy and the East Grays Harbor EMS levy all passed. Election officials say this year about 41 percent of Grays Harbor’s registered voters turned in ballots while 52 percent of voters in Pacific County participated in the August primaries.
