Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife shellfish managers confirmed on Tuesday the first round of razor clam digging opportunities at Long Beach, Twin Harbors, and Copalis can begin this Friday. Unfortunately, the tests for Domoic acid levels at Mocrocks have exceeded the state health guidelines and there will be no digging there for this first round. A reminder that all diggers age 15 or older must have an applicable fishing license to harvest razor clams on any beach.
