Grays Harbor County Public Health is reminding lower-income families they may qualify for free groceries through The Emergency Food Assistance Program. Households earning up to 400% of the federal poverty level can access a rotating supply of shelf-stable, fresh, and frozen foods. TEFAP distributions include fruits, vegetables, proteins, grains, and dairy—with an emphasis on healthier options. Families can contact a local TEFAP site to check service hours and complete the eligibility process.
