A standoff Friday in Grays Harbor County resulted in the suspect in custody. Sheriff deputies were called out to a home on Rustmeyer Road after a 911 call said a man at that home pointed a pellet rifle at his roommate and threatened to kill him. The roommate escaped and law enforcement was called in. After several hours of failed negotiation to get the man to surrender, tear gas was deployed into the home and officer were able to take that man into custody. He was treated for the gas and charged with assault.
