As of June 1st, the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife will no longer offer fully remote hunter education courses.

As of June 1st, the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife will no longer offer fully remote hunter education courses. Officials said while the fully remote courses were a good way to keep the classes going during the pandemic, in person classes are much more effective. There will be options for a full classroom course and a hybrid course with online instruction and an in-person skills evaluation.
