A routine traffic stop in Aberdeen ended with a police pursuit Saturday evening. Officers say a 67-year-old Aberdeen man refused to stop after he was seen driving without a seatbelt while using a cell phone. The chase ended safely when officers used a PIT maneuver near the Five Star Dealership and took the driver into custody. He's been arrested on suspicion of attempting to elude police and obstructing a law enforcement officer. Police say the man was recording the pursuit on his cell phone, which has been seized as evidence.
