More than 120 candidates signed up to run for local offices ranging from county sheriff to legislative and judicial positions.

The field is now set for this year’s election season in Grays Harbor County after candidate filing wrapped up Friday afternoon. More than 120 candidates signed up to run for local offices ranging from county sheriff to legislative and judicial positions. Most races will head to the August primary, with ballots going out starting July 17th. A few candidates, including District Court Judge Andrea Vingo and PUD Commissioner Jon Martin, won’t face challengers and are already headed straight to the November ballot.
