A congratulations is going out to the Grays Harbor Drug Task Force for being recognized as the agency of the year for our region. The honor came from the Western States Information Network which is a national resource center that helps law enforcement agencies safely investigate and solve their cases. The Grays Harbor Drug Task Force is comprised of personnel from Aberdeen and Hoquiam police as well as Grays Harbor County Sheriff’s department. It was established in 1988 with a primary goal of targeting mid to upper-level drug dealers who import of large quantities of narcotics such as methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin, and fentanyl.
