Grays Harbor Youth Works walked away with a $14,000 boost last week after a close vote at the 100+ Harbor Women Who Care event in Hoquiam. The group beat out the Driftwood Players and Montesano PTO, winning support for its internship program that pairs high school students with real-world job experiences. The room was packed with community leaders, donors, and plenty of local pride as ballots were counted.
