Don’t be alarmed when coastal warning sirens begin wailing tomorrow morning. The test at 10:15am will be a part of the Great Washington ShakeOut. Grays Harbor and Pacific County residents also may hear test messages on radio, television and NOAA Weather Radio. Cellphone emergency alerts will not be part of the test. Emergency managers ask people not to call 911 because of the sirens. They’re also encouraging families, schools and workplaces to use the drill to practice dropping, covering and holding on during an earthquake.
