Hoquiam is getting a clean bill of financial health from the Washington State Auditor’s Office. The city’s 2025 audit found its financial statements were fairly presented, with no problems affecting the auditor’s opinion. Hoquiam managed four federal grants worth $4.6 million and 17 state grants totaling another $7.4 million.
