One of the men charged with murder in a deadly shooting last year in Moclips has been found guilty. On November 1st a Grays Harbor Jury found 20-year-old Levi Lemieux-Taylor guilty of Murder in the First Degree, Robbery First Degree and theft of a firearm, with a firearm enhancement. He is scheduled to be sentenced in December of 2024. This conviction stems from an armed robbery that occurred on November 6th, 2023, where 42-year-old Steven McMahon was killed. Two co-conspirators in this case are still incarcerated at the Grays Harbor County Jail and are awaiting trial in early 2025.
