Aberdeen police are sending out a thank you to “social media detectives” for helping with a burglary case. Yesterday just before 2pm Aberdeen P.D. posted photos to Facebook asking for help identifying a car and a person which may be linked to a burglary investigation. Investigators say tips from that post helped them locate the vehicle and i.d. the person in the photos.
New Welcome Sign Coming to Aberdeen This Week
The City of Aberdeen, in coordination with the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), will replace the iconic “Welcome to Aberdeen” sign on the movable Wishkah River Bridge along East Wishkah Street (US 12) this week.
