The City of Raymond says the restrooms at the 8th street park are closed this week due to vandalism. City officials said dirt was spread inside the facilities as well as wet paper towels and the toilets were plugged with giant rocks. This follows another incident of vandalism the week before. City staff says these acts of vandalism are happening during the daytime hours when the restrooms are unlocked during softball practice. Park visitors are being asked to be vigilant and report anything suspicious by calling 360-875-9397.
