The call came in Wednesday night before 11pm for the fire on Oakhurst Drive Elma Police were first on the scene and helped residents evacuate safely.

East Grays Harbor Fire and Rescue respond to an apartment fire this week in Elma. The call came in Wednesday night before 11pm for the fire on Oakhurst Drive Elma Police were first on the scene and helped residents evacuate safely. Crews were able to quickly knock back the fire and prevented it from spreading to nearby units. There were no reports of any injuries, and a cause is still being investigated.
