A Cowlitz County man was arrested at Wednesday night’s vigil for Charlie Kirk in Longview after police say he turned disruptive and assaulted someone in the crowd. Officers say 40-year-old Jon Erik Hughes Hegstad yelled at participants from a truck before shoving an attendee. He was out on bond by Thursday morning.
