Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife coastal shellfish managers have given approval from the final days of Razor Clam Digs for the season. This season, from September 29th of last year until the end of the season coming up on May 12th, the state has offered 250 digs on four beaches over the course of 100 days. The time for these last digging opportunities of the season will be in the morning time just prior to low tide. Shellfish and seafood enthusiasts can also start making plans to attend the Long Beach Razor Clam Festival on May 10-11.
