Washington gas prices continue to rise as crude oil surges to an 11-year high
Washington gas prices continue to rise as crude oil surges to an 11-year high. AAA has the statewide average up .23 cents this week to $4.22 per gallon. Grays Harbor’s average jumped over .25 cents to $4.31 a gallon. This marks the highest gas price in Washington since the summer of 2014. The Russian invasion of Ukraine and ensuing sanctions on Russia has spooked the oil markets, raising crude to over $110.00 a barrel.
