Grays Harbor Man Sentenced To 30 Years For A Rape In 2003

Bieker was found guilty of raping a 17-year-old girl in McCleary.

A Grays Harbor man is sentenced to 30 years in prison for a rape in 2003. On Friday Paul Bieker received that sentenced after being convicted of Rape in the First Degree with deliberate cruelty as an aggravating factor. Bieker was found guilty of raping a 17-year-old girl in McCleary after new genealogy technology was able to identify Bieker as a suspect and eventually his DNA came back as a match. The judge was able to go past the high standard 10 years in prison for the conviction due to the aggravating factor in the crime.
