Law enforcement in Grays Harbor and Pacific County want to help keep the little tricker or treaters safe this Halloween and have released some safety tips for parents to follow tomorrow night. Have children wear reflective tape for costume or have then carry a flashlight to be easier spotted by cars. Make sure your kids can see out of masks, or better yet, experts say use nontoxic makeup instead. Check candy for obvious signs of tampering before let kids eat it and avoid homemade treats from strangers.
