Aberdeen police say a 41-year-old local man was arrested this weekend for shooting two teens with a pellet rifle. Police say the 16- and 17-year-old were shot in the back Friday afternoon on the Chehalis River Bridge. The man was gone by the times cops got there Friday. Police did find the man’s truck and trailer on Friday and recovered the pellet gun but the suspect was not located that day. Officers did locate and arrest the man early Saturday and charged with 1st degree assault. No word as to why he was targeted the boys, but police said the investigation is ongoing.
