Mason County deputies catch a fugitive after a chase last week. Michael Beyer, a wanted fugitive with warrants for Assault and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, was caught after spike strips were used to end a police chase after a dramatic vehicle chase on January 9. The driver, a 46-year-old woman, was also taken into custody for trying to outrun law enforcement and helping Beyer evade arrest.
