The Ocean Shores community were able to help make a marine rescue this weekend. Saturday morning a report came I about a stranded shark near the Pacific Boulevard beach approach. Code Enforcement/Animal Control officer Beebe responded to the scene. He tried several times to bring the shark out to deeper waters, but every time the shark would come back ashore. Eventually one of the cycles worked and the shark swam back out to sea. A special thanks goes out to officer Beebe and all that helped make this a successful rescue.
