The Pacific County Sheriff’s office is asking you to be on the lookout for a wanted man. Authorities say Jacob Smart is wanted out of Clatsop County but has ties to Pacific County. A post on social media says Smart should be considered armed and dangerous and if you see him to contact the sheriff’s department immediately.
