A Long Beach man was arrested in Aberdeen after police say he showed up to meet someone he thought was a 13-year-old girl.

According to information provided by PTO members, questions were raised about why financial reports detailing receipts and expenditures have not been provided for approximately two years. The officers reportedly did not answer those questions at the meeting.
