In the late morning of January 4, an Aberdeen police officer made a traffic stop on W. Heron Street for a defective brake light and turn signal. During the stop, officers discovered signs of drug activity, and a search warrant led to the seizure of over 76 grams of suspected methamphetamine, 12 grams of suspected fentanyl, a pistol, and other drug-related items.
