Grays Harbor County Commissioners Moving Forward With Phase II Of Strategic Planning Process

Phase III of the planning process is expected to take place May 12 at the same venue.

The Grays Harbor County Commissioners are moving forward with Phase II of their strategic planning process, holding a daylong session at Summit Pacific Medical Center in Elma. County Administrator Sam Kim told the Daily World the session focused on leadership development, communication, and crafting a vision for the county's future. Kim praised the commissioners' growth as a team and said productive debate is helping shape better decisions. Phase III of the planning process is expected to take place May 12 at the same venue.
