The task force was created by state lawmakers in 2018 and has been extended twice already.

The head of Greater Grays Harbor has been appointed to the Child Care Collaborative Task Force. The appointment by Governor Inslee means Lynnette Buffington will now be involved in developing policy recommendations to incentivize employer-supported childcare.
