Police took down a major retail theft ring this week after a lengthy investigation led to a search warrant at a Central Park home. A 48-year-old Aberdeen man and a 39-year-old Aberdeen woman were arrested on multiple charges, including organized retail theft and food stamp trafficking. Authorities seized a large amount of evidence, and additional charges may follow as the investigation continues. Home Depot, Walmart, and the Department of Social and Health Services assisted in the case, and police encourage anyone with information to come forward.
