Washington gas prices are back on the rise. AAA has the statewide average at $4.69 per gallon, up a penny from last week and $1.26 more than a year ago. Grays Harbor’s average stayed about the same, at $4.77 per gallon while Pacific County came in averaging $4.85 per gallon. Analysts expect pump prices to remain volatile and elevated as crude oil continues to hover at or above 100-dollars a barrel.
