Jodesha Broadcasting is seeking a driven, outgoing Marketing Executive to sell radio advertising and marketing solutions. While our home base is in Aberdeen, WA, this position is ideal for someone based in Thurston County/Olympia who can own and grow that market.

This is not a desk job. This role is for a self-starter who enjoys being out in the community, building relationships, and wants their performance to directly impact their income.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, reliable, and professional
• Sales or marketing experience preferred, but not required

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and develop new business accounts
• Create customized advertising solutions for local businesses
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships
• Represent our radio brands in the community
• Manage your own schedule and territory
