Recent information from the Washington Employment Security Department on wage growth in the state, shows while the average annual salary throughout Washington was just over $80,000 in 2021, for Grays Harbor the average annual income was $49,000. Grays Harbor County ranked 23^rd out of 39 counties for hourly wage. Pacific County came in at 36^th.
