Investigators say Shannon Marie McNease was arrested on a warrant tied to a homicide and child assault case from late August.

Deputies in Mason County helped track down a murder suspect wanted out of Kitsap County this week. Investigators say Shannon Marie McNease was arrested on a warrant tied to a homicide and child assault case from late August. The Sheriff’s Office says local deputies teamed up with Shelton Police, DOC and Bremerton Police to make the arrest safely. They also noted the crime itself happened in Kitsap County, not Mason County.
