Sure, it's not Grays Harbor but if you ever make trips in to Olympia and you are a fan or maybe just curious about the whole Chick-Fil-A craze, it looks like you'll soon be able to experience it for yourself as the restaurant has received a land-use application for a new restaurant, dual dive-through and associated parking at 2930 Capital Mall Drive Southwest.
Here's the problem and it's a pretty significant one---The site of the proposed restaurant also happens to be the same location of a restaurant called Fujiyama Steakhouse. Owner Charlie Kang previously expressed surprise at the proposal and a desire to stay put.
Maybe a simple clerical error, maybe not. Stay tuned though, we'll keep you posted on this situation as it develops.
