A combination of teamwork and technology was used to catch a burglary suspect in Westport.

A combination of teamwork and technology was used to catch a burglary suspect in Westport. Aberdeen police were called out early Saturday morning to assist Westport PD in locating a burglary suspect. The drone pilot was able to use infrared technology to spot the suspect in the dark and officers were able to make an arrest. The Aberdeen Police Drone team consists of nine pilots who are on call to help neighboring agencies in need.
