Harbor Regional has revealed the name of the hospital’s first baby of 2023. Anthony James Hugelen was born at 7:14am January 1st weighing in at a healthy 7lbs 13 ounces. Mom told The Daily World that baby Anthony was due on December 22nd. In celebration of the first baby of the new year, the hospital staff donated a gift basket with a variety of items to help make mom’s life a little easier.
