Voter turnout is low so far for this month’s special election in Grays Harbor. The only items on the ballot this time around are school levies for the Elma and Ocosta school districts. Published reports say so far there’s only been about a 12 percent ballot return. That works out to roughly 1,000 of the 9,000 ballots sent out. Completed ballots are due in by February 14th.
