While criminal court hearings will still be on Zoom
Starting Monday, most Grays Harbor court proceedings will return to in person. The order released last week includes family and civil court dockets will be in person. Criminal court hearings will still be on Zoom with defendants appearing remotely, while defense council and prosecutors will be in person. Even though, in person court hearing are returning May 2nd, there are still certain protocols that must be followed. Everyone entering the courtroom must be masked up and will only remove the mask to address the court directly.
