Dr. Jim Shank was chosen following a search conducted by a consulting firm.

The North Beach School District has chosen its next superintendent. Dr. Jim Shank was chosen following a search conducted by a consulting firm. Following a February 10th application deadline, the candidates were narrowed down and after recent community interviews, Dr. Shank was chosen as the best fir to lead the district. Dr. Shank has 13 years of administrative experience, most recently leading the Idaho Falls School District. Thew school board still must finalize contract negotiations, but Dr. Shank should take over on July 1st.
