The sheriff’s office asked people Monday to stay away from the Cosmopolis boat launch while crews conducted another search.

The search is continuing for a kayaker missing in Grays Harbor since July. The sheriff’s office asked people Monday to stay away from the Cosmopolis boat launch while crews conducted another search of the area. 63 year old Jeffrey Damasiewicz left Preacher Slough in a blue kayak on July 14 and never returned.
