Grays Harbor County Forming Homeless Housing Taskforce

According to the state mandate, if a county does not form a task force, the state will handle that county’s homeless housing plan.

Grays Harbor County Commissioners are forming a Homeless Housing Taskforce. At the meeting last night, commissioners voted to form the task force mandated by the state with the goal of making recommendations for a 5 year homeless housing plan. According to the state mandate, if a county does not form a task force, the state will handle that county’s homeless housing plan. The Grays Harbor Public Health Department has been assisting in writing the bylaws for the task force that still must be approved.
