The 2026 Lown Hospitals Index ranks the hospital number one in Washington for community benefit and health equity. It also placed among the state’s top five for inclusivity and racial inclusivity. The independent national review examined more than 3,600 hospitals, considering financial assistance, Medicaid service and investments in community health. Interim CEO Niall Foley says the recognition belongs to employees who continue providing accessible care despite limited resources.
