Local firefighters are heading east to help battle a large wildfire near Walla Walla. Hoquiam Fire says two of its members deployed early Sunday to the Highway 730 Fire, which has grown to more than 3,600 acres. The response includes crews from Aberdeen, Montesano, East Grays Harbor, and other regional departments.
